I watched the movie Good Time last night and it made me realize how much we’re in need of better stories on the screen. That movie was just terrible. It seemed like practice for the creators. The Thanksgiving Day Parade is ridiculous but ridiculousness is a basic need of life
The Thanksgiving Day parade is ridiculous.
Giants objects floating in the air, held steady by people dressed as elves. Boy bands from the 90’s, singing from a big decorated box on wheels. Be the first kind of serious and never the second
Today I caught myself being serious during an unserious matter — writing an article. Don’t rely on the future to do your work for you
What you do now determines where you’ll be next. What you do today determines where you’ll be tomorrow. And we are the sum of the actions we make in each moment of our life. Continue reading “Don’t rely on the future to do your work for you”
